Bookings :

Adventure tours and travels will operate with a minimum of 2 persons per tour. All bookings must be made a minimum 18 hours prior to tour departure date and time. All bookings must be paid for in full at time of booking. Bookings not paid within 18 hours of travel departure, may be cancelled. All fares are accurate at the time of printing and updated annually. Tickets are non-transferrable. Booking amendment fees may apply to group bookings. Courtesy pick-up arrangements must be made at the time of booking.

Concessions :

Concession rate | Valid holders of a Pension card, Students

Accompanied Child | Aged 16 years or under

Family | 2 adults and 2 children aged 16 years or under

Age Restrictions :

Children are not permitted on tours unless they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. There is no age restriction on day tours, however where a child requires an additional seat restraining device, this should be advised at time of booking.

Courtesy Pick Up & Drop Off :

We pick up from locations around the T-Point (within 20km) and return to the same pick up point at the conclusion of the tour.

Payment Methods :

Payment may be made either by credit card or direct deposit. Our bank account details will be provided on request. We accept major credit cards. Please be sure you have read and accepted our terms and conditions prior to sending your payment.

Trade distributors will be invoiced monthly.

Refund and Cancellation Policy :

Cancellation of a booking or part thereof will incur the fees listed below. Once travel has commenced, no refunds will be made for any unused services and clients will be responsible for their travel arrangements from that point onward.

• 1). > 30 Days - full refund
• 2). 14 days - 30 Days refund 75% of Fare
• 3). 8 days - 18 hours refund 50% of Fare
• 4). within 18 hours - no refund
• 5). No refund is given if a passenger fails to board service.

Bookings can be open-dated for up to 12 months from purchase date or transferred to another service up until 18 hours prior to the service departure time.Any cancellation or amendment to a booking must be made in writingIf your booking is made through a booking agent their cancellation fees may differ to the above and will be additional to these terms and conditions.

Travel Insurance :

Adventure tours and travelsrequires passengers to be aware of the importance of travel insurance when traveling. We strongly advise to take out travel and cancellation insurance to cover against cancellation costs, lost or damaged luggage or costs incurred from injury or illness.

Liability :

No liability can be taken by Adventure tours and travels, the Owner/Operators or any of its affiliates in case of, but not limited to, damage to personal belongings, personal loss, theft, injury or sickness whilst participating in designated activities. Valuables should be kept with the passenger at all times. Adventure tours and travels reserves the right to alter the route, itinerary or to cancel the operation if road, weather or other conditions dictate. Any personal expenses incurred by a passenger as a result of any curtailment, delay or alteration of any tour, whether caused by flooding, fire, road closure, mechanical defect or any other causes, are the responsibility of the passenger.

Adventure tours and travels and/or its employees are unable to guarantee exact arrival and departure times at any stage of a tour and are not liable for any failure to make connections with any other services, or guarantee the operation of any 3rd party service. In the event of break down or other unforeseen circumstances, the operator reserves the right to substitute vehicles other than specified to ensure the continued operation of the tour.

Service Cancellations :

Adventure tours and travels services maybe cancelled at any time due to unforeseen operational circumstances and/or as a result of natural disasters, e.g. cyclones, flooding, operational requirements, etc. Adventure tours and travels cannot be responsible for any costs incurred by passengers as a result of cancelled services. Any costs incurred by passengers as a result of cancellations will be borne solely by the passenger. Affected sectors of passenger bookings will be open- dated for future use and remain valid until used or for 12 months from the date of first purchase, whichever is sooner.

Boarding :

Adventure tours and travelsrecommends passengers are at their departure point 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Smoking/ Alcohol/ Drugs

Smoking, drinking of alcohol and taking or transporting non-prescription drugs is not permitted aboard aAdventure tours and travels at any time.

Passenger Behaviour :

Adventure tours and travels reserves the right to refuse travel to a passenger who does not abide by a minimum dress standard of shirt, trousers/shorts/skirt and footwear. Intoxicated passengers may be refused travel, at driver discretion. Violent, disorderly and/or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated and any person behaving in this way may be refused entry to the coach or may be removed from a service. Any costs incurred as a result of this action will be borne by the passenger.

Privacy :

The information you enter here will be used only to track your payment. It will not be sold to any other party.

Luggage Restrictions :

Day Tours: small carry-on bag. A few small things are recommended to make your trip more enjoyable; hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, warm clothing and rain jacket, water bottle (1L), camera with LOTS of memory and battery.

Meals :

To cater for all dietary requirement including vegetarian, gluten free please advise when booking (a small surcharge may apply). Water is provided in all vehicles.

Bookings :

Adventure tours and travels Tours + Charters (with discretion) will operate with a minimum of 28 tickets sold per day. All bookings must be made a minimum 18 hours prior to tour departure date and time. All bookings must be paid for in full at time of booking. Bookings not paid within 18 hours of travel departure, may be cancelled. All fares are accurate at the time of printing and updated annually. Tickets are non-transferrable. Booking amendment fees may apply to group bookings. All prices referred to are in Indian rupees and include GST (Government Goods & Services Tax).

Punctuality :

The drivers are bound by restrictions concerning maximum driving hours per day and per week, and the itineraries are planned having regard to the same. It is therefore, essential that the itineraries, schedules and timings are strictly adhered to by the Clients so as to ensure that all the services can be duly provided. If the misses any service due to unpunctuality, there would be no refund for the same.

General terms & conditions :

Please Carry following documents compulsorily before boarding:
Travel Ticket (2 Copies - One copy is retained by us)
Photo Identity Card (One Copy - Govt. Approved)
Reporting time is 30 minutes before scheduled departure.
The arrival & departure time mentioned on the ticket are tentative timings and may change due to unforeseen events. The coach will not leave the source before the time that is mentioned on the ticket.
Seats Will Be Confirmed Only After Successful Payment. (Depending Upon Seat Availability).
Management reserves the right to change the seat numbers.
Ticket is neither transferable, nor refundable.
Co-Seats of lady passenger to be confirmed to a lady passenger only.
